 Position: Corporate Tax Specialist

Job Summary: Fortune 500 corporation has an immediate need for a corporate tax specialist to join their tax department. Position does not require tax experience although some tax experience/courses are a plus. However, the candidate must have a strong desire to learn tax and develop research skills. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA certificate or the ability and desire to pass the CPA exam are required. Solid verbal/written communication and technology skills are critical. Candidates will prepare consolidated Federal tax return and related state tax returns. Will assist in gathering and analyzing financial data required to satisfy IRS reporting requirements for international investments, including preparation of Foreign Sales Corporation tax return. Also assist with Federal, state and international tax research, income tax audits and execute planning projects.
